They look a bit soft. Could it be the lens? I´ve seen sharper dngs from the camera, for example the train shot in the other thread.
I think a lot of people are confusing LOG with RAW.
Most peoples experince of log is a way to compress more DR into bit depth limited video. DNGs and RAW doesn't work this way.
Sony and Alexa, working on 8 or even 10 bit files use LOG to try to squeeze , more info into a smaller bucket. Now we've got a bigger bucket.
As beautiful as the RAW is, I will still be forced (by my situation) to shoot either ProRes or DNx. Any hints as to how any of this RAW workflow translates to ProRes and DNxHD? Are the same NDAs that are blocking ProRes samples also stopping the posting of DNxHD footage?
The two I posted were pretty spot on for exposure. Didn't have to bring them down.
