    Hello,

I have received some pregraded material and the client is not happy with the colors. But I have a hard time fixing theses colors. Blacks are not black and whites are not white. I need some help how to fix these. In resolve. Anybody?

    Thanks a lot!

The whites are blown-out, in particular those on the baking shot, nothing you can save there.
The blacks can be pulled down a bit and neutralized or desaturated, but apart from that, you can't turn crap into gold…

+1. On the 3rd image, could have been better if it was filmed with an IR cut filter. Try using the RGB picker to see what the RGB values are (on the piano) and adjust so the RGB value is near black.
