There might be a way to run a batch file to change the settings back and forth when you want to scale things. Would at least reduce the task to a single click of the mouse.

Yes, I have to research that. It could be a batch that turns to 100% and opens Resolve, then another one to go back to 150%.

A batch file with this code puts my PC at 100%, launches Resolve, and then after I quit that it takes the PC again to 150%

It leaves a black window open while I use Resolve, but that's not a bad thing: it lets me know that the second part of the program is still waiting to run

    @ECHO OFF

    explorer ms-settings:display
    ping -n 2 127.0.0.1 > nul

    :VBSDynamicBuild
    SET TempVBSFile=%tmp%\~tmpSendKeysTemp.vbs
    IF EXIST "%TempVBSFile%" DEL /F /Q "%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell") >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Wscript.Sleep 500 >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO WshShell.SendKeys "{TAB 3}{UP 2}" >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Wscript.Sleep 500 >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO WshShell.SendKeys "%%{F4}" >>"%TempVBSFile%"

    CSCRIPT //nologo "%TempVBSFile%"

    C:
    cd C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\
    Resolve.exe

    explorer ms-settings:display
    ping -n 2 127.0.0.1 > nul

    :VBSDynamicBuild
    SET TempVBSFile=%tmp%\~tmpSendKeysTemp.vbs
    IF EXIST "%TempVBSFile%" DEL /F /Q "%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell") >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Wscript.Sleep 500 >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO WshShell.SendKeys "{TAB 3}{DOWN 2}" >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO Wscript.Sleep 500 >>"%TempVBSFile%"
    ECHO WshShell.SendKeys "%%{F4}" >>"%TempVBSFile%"

    CSCRIPT //nologo "%TempVBSFile%"

    EXIT
The code is slightly adapted from what I found here
