I made some tests to find the best settings to export videos from my new camera BMPCC4K in maximum quality and found that YouTube ruins the picture by heavy compression (banding artifacts). Finally I found a perfect solutuon to get smooth gradients in my videos on YT. I just added some grain and the picture looks great now. In this video you can see the difference between a clean video and a video with added grain. Side by side comparison.

    Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K (BMPCC4K) • DCI 4K • 25p • ProRes 422
    Angenieux 35-70mm f2.5-3.3 (at 70mm wide open)
    Metabones Speed Booster XL 0.64x (Nikon F - M43)
Fuji ETERNA 250D Fuji 3510 (by Adobe) LUT
    FilmConvert KD 5207 Vis3 (Grain 100%, Film Color 0%, Curve 0%)
TMPGEnc x264 VBR (Constant Quality: 100; 60mbps; Very Slow) - a very high quality compressor. I carried out some tests and these settings give a very beautiful picture. Much better than a standard H.264 compressor in Adobe Premiere.
