Only way I know.
make a layer mixer with 2 nodes. Set the composite mode to Add. Go into adjustment curves. In one node drag the highlight of R, B, G to the bottom but leave Y. In the other node drag Y down but leave R, G, B. In the node where you only removed Y apply blur until it's gone. This blurs the coloured channels only and leaves the luma alone in the nodes after the layer mixer. this also works as a semi chroma noise reduction. I wouldn't over do it though.
there might be a more targeted way though that doesn't effect the whole image but this is pretty easy.
edit - on second thought you could just mask and track around the individual spots.
