We got a laptop that's only has an I5 with 8Gb RAM and the standard Intel HD GPU. This might be a lost cause but I will just post it here to see if anyone knows of any Open Source or free player that will playback CinemaDNG RAW on a low powered minimal laptop. This is just use to verify the copy of files backed-up to another external drive. Now, if there is something better, maybe it can do very simple editing like trimming a clip (In/Out) and saving it, displaying it with a LUT, that will be big pluses. But just previews and very lightweight will be excellent. Thanks!

I found this … videoqc.com and the preview version is $99. Reasonable if it supports low powered laptop. Anyone using this with a low end laptop?
