I'm not getting my hopes up either.
A 4.6K Ursa Micro Pro under $2500USD. This could be a Pocket 2.
4.6K turret for Ursa 4K. Now I'm wishful thinking again.

Going from what they've said about heating issues and the tech to do 4k raw in a small body then I'd have to put my money on a Red 'clone'. Small block with the 4.6k sensor and heatsink with a range of products to fit onto it much like the ursa broadcast products.

BM is missing two things, a small Eva like product and a camera to go on the lower end gimbals.

I think it will be Resolve 15 and the new Fairlight panels. I think we just saw the new cameras released this year

ehh 14 had some pretty nice features and I'm not sure that they'd already have things to add to make it worth the 15 title.

I know Grant Petty has been working with some AI folks in New Zealand for the past two years. I think it has something to do with AI based autonomous service docents. Like the kind you find at an Information Desk or hotel concierge and things like that. Supposedly using that new Japanese hyper-realistic upper torso with head and arms that Matsushida has already been using.
It's not really cinema-oriented but it's a huge emerging market.
Cameras: Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Blackmagic Pocket Camera (x2), Panasonic GH2 (x2), Sony RX100 ii, Canon 6D, Canon T2i,
Mics: Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, Sanken, Audio-Technica, Audix
Lights: Every Chinese clone you can imagine

They have pretty much changed it every year. it could also be (now with support for the new panels). Could be some other shit. I mean they have updated it every NAB and they are saving the major update for NAB now

Yeah I dont want any new cameras atm. But I do need the stabilizer to be a lot better. So I vote for new stabilization software in resolve! If you compare the stabilizer with Warp stabilizer or reelsteady, the stabilizer in resolve is a joke!
