    Hello,

Is it possible to lock scenes(several shots that have been cut perfectly togheter). So you can drag and drop whole scenes. Instead of holding shift and selecting all footage of that scene and dragging it about? And also so you do not accidently @#{#@ them up.

    Thanks!

What about making each scene on a separate timeline, and then combining those?

Nah, my scenes are 5 seconds long made out of 10 cuts or something. So that would be too cumbersome.

Wow, that's some fast cutting. What are you editing?

Polaroid22 is looking for a function like GROUP CLIPS on Adobe Premiere.

In Resolve it's called COMPOUND CLIPS.
    Here's how to do it:

Cameras: Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Blackmagic Pocket Camera (x2), Panasonic GH2 (x2), Sony RX100 ii, Canon 6D, Canon T2i,
Mics: Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, Sanken, Audio-Technica, Audix
Lights: Every Chinese clone you can imagine

The decompose in place function is broken in Resolve 14.2 on Mac, maybe PC as well. When you decompose in place the audio and video tracks get shifted up for video down for audio, if you have more than 1 track in the compound clip. If you want to be able to grade the clips independently you need to open the compound clip in timeline and apply your grade to the individual clips from the compound clip timeline. Here's an example, this timeline should only have 2 video tracks, you can see how the decompose in place feature is bumping up the video tracks when the compound clips are decomposed. Hopefully this gets sorted in 14.3.
