3. Try to play with Data vs Video levels on import and export.
4. Try to convert DNxHD to h264 with HandBrake app to see if shift still visible.
5. What player did you use to see exported image? On Mac QT player, QuickLook preview, Safari browser use very strange color managed output and usually with custom monitor calibration profile this cause washed video look compare to VLC and all other common players.
6. Exported Stills also have different gamma shift compare to video. To match exported stills to Resolve viewer video output you need to assign Rec709 gamma 2.4 ICC profile in image editing app and when convert image to sRGB ICC profile.
7. Don't expect that if you fine tune things on your computer other people will see the same. Color Management works on paper but not in real life. Different people will see different results on different monitors and devices because Color Management implementation is very different between different operating systems and apps. Global Color Management standard for video actually don't exists at all.
This is a pain.
