    I picked up this adapter earlier this year but am moving away form the EF mount entirely. I'll most likely put it on eBay in a few weeks but I figured I'd try here first. This is a very nice stainless steel EF mount by C7Adapters with cut outs to mount directly to the wooden camera pocket cage (via two 1/4" screws). It is fantastic quality and works very well. It is a dumb adapter, so cine lenses work best with it.

    Asking $315 shipped to the US. Canon front cap included.

    I also have the bottom portion of a Wooden Camera Pocket Cage I can include (if you don't have or don't need the full cage). This will at least prevent the mount from rotational play on an otherwise bare pocket camera.
