My understanding is the Pocket has a native ISO of 800. So for best dynamic range, you should shoot at ISO 800.

In my experience the 13 stops of the BMCC/Pocket at RAW is distributed -5/+8 over middle grey, with middle grey sitting at around 35 IRE.

I follow a lot of the advice mentioned already, shooting at ISO 400, as it is essentially ETTR by 1 stop. Great highlight retention, but I like to keep the blacks as clean as possible.

That's my experience as well, wait 5 over 8 under right? With raw it doesn't matter, but you need to be careful with Prores. Shooting ISO 200 will leave only 3 stops above mid grey with the rest below.
