Flat head (cone) socket screws are not usable because they fall into the plastic too easy end deform it. Also they have too large head diameter.
There are also button head screws, they are usable but also have large head diameter but slightly less than flat head screws.
Both flat head and button head screws use very small and unsecure hex key hole.
Also i already order a batch of hex keys for high head screws.

The 1-inch screws look good. Do not make this harder than you need to!

It just very pleasant for tactile feel when things are aligned and nothing comes out or comes too deep inside. But after some experiments i find that grinded screws unpredictably prone to bend slightly due thermal impact. So seems i have no other choice but to keep original 1" screws untouched.

Done some testing. All cables with extra length fits well. Cap can be closed without any problems. This is example of S.Bus+LANC+DC power config.
In final version all cables will be marked with different colors:
    S.Bus:
    signal (middle) - green
    power (tip) - blue
    ground - white

    LANC:
    signal (tip) - yellow
    power (middle) - orange
    ground - grey

    DC power:
    +12V - red
    ground - black

You are in the list. I added everyone who mentioned earlier in thread that he is interested.
Yesterday i ordered a batch of boxes in 3D printing lab. It takes 2-4 days to print them. Next i need few more days to grind and paint first 5-10 boxes and assemble all parts together.
Currently i am testing for optimal wires length. Tomorrow i'll try to start wire connectors to cables together to save some time.

Got some delay from 3D print lab yesterday. After 13 copies they out of black PET material and need one more day to replenish stocks. Also i find that i was sold of wrong size DC socket plugs, so i need to go to the store again and replace them. Done a lot of preparatory work and small additional helper tools to setup a better workplace and faster pipeline. Final soldering done with quality materials and proper workflow, all elements and joints are tested. Everything will be durable and reliable.
Probably next week i can fulfill first orders and start shipping.
