    Darren, remember you can use it still by going from BMD Film to -> LINEAR, and then to the UM Film -> and then to this LUT or Frank's "Instant Cinema".

    How do you expose using these LUTS (say the B-Gamma), do you enable the LUT in the camera and expose by eye. Or do you still use the false color?
    Or what is the best way?

    Curious about that myself. I've been playing with different LUTs, including a few from this board. It feels the difference between exposing for something like InstantC (from Frank) vs Kholi's work is significant.

    This isn't a statement on one looking better than the other (I frequently use them both on projects), but with some LUTs, there is a lot of leeway in how you expose, but for others, you really need to light around that look, maybe?
