Here you may watch my latest short, a narrative documentary entitled 'The XmasTree Hunt' (pun inteded). Shot on the BMPCC handheld in a run-and-gun fashion, with no external stabilisation, using the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 14-42mm 1:3.5-5.6 and LOMO Meteor 5-1 lenses. Captured on CinemaDNG RAW.

Any constructive feedback would be much appreciated and welcomed. The cinematography (such as composition, exposure, etc.), the grading (colour correction, image stabilisation, etc.), soundtrack (choice of music) and audio mix, the story (dramaturgy, atmosphere, etc.), editing, pace, etc. Strengths as well as weaknesses.

I thought everything looked really good but what killed it for me was the lack of stabilization. It was so shaky it was jarring to watch and made it hard to watch. If your budget allows forit sometime you might get a three axis gimbal. I use the Beholder DS1 with my BMPCC and 12-35 lens and it looks great.
BMCC, BMPCC, GH4+Metabones, GoPro Hero4 Black, Phantom 2, Canon T3i, Lots of glass.

Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated. Yes, I agree. There are some shots that I didn't manage to stabilise enough in post. I'm considering to invest in a shoulder rig in the future. But next project will utilize my tripod for shure.
