  1. #1 To DAVINCI RESOLVE TEAM - Please Support H264 Level 5.2
I recently shot with the Panasonic DVX200 at 4k 60P. When I brought those H264 clips into Davinci, only the audio was recognized. The picture said, "Media Offline". I examined these clips in Media Info and found they were recorded with AVC Profile High @ Level 5.2.

1920 x 1080 clips shot with the same camera imported fine into Davinci. Their profile was High @ Level 5.1.

So Davinci apparently supports Level 5.1 but not Level 5.2.

Could the programming team please add support for Level 5.2.
H264 4K at 60P is going to become increasingly common, especially with cameras like the Panasonic GH5 coming early in 2017.

    Thanks!

Are you on Windows 7? If so, I believe you'd need an update for 5.2.

I already have that installed. I think this is a genuine shortcoming of Davinci.

That's not an option for many people for many reasons. Why won't the picture show up on Windows 7? I've already installed the update Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64.msu. Is there some other update that's needed?
