Yup, it's great — I still use it to this day for a lot of stuff!

A while back a shared some stills from a short I shot in Raw with the BMCC 2.5 and used Frank's Lut. It felt like the perfect fit for that shoot. So once again thanks Frank. Here is the actual short film now that is online. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Nothing but a quick test on my way to work how Frank Glencairn's instant cinema-LUT
looks like on the P4K (with Olympus 12-40)

Hard to tell much from one static shot like that - but I think it looks really good. It does have a strong character to it - but that was Frank's point.

I've followed your posts on this piece, and from this still I think it looks good. But maybe a little too strong on the orange. Did you convert to LINEAR first?
For us BMPCC and BMCC users we have to first convert BMD Film->LINEAR then from LINEAR->UM4.6k (or whatever that last one for the 4.6k is labeled. I'm not in front of a Resolve station.)

I made color grading in Premiere and applied this lut straight on RAW. I know that this lut is not for BMPCC and looks a bit unnatural but I tried to do my best.

Yes true, I was just curious how it looked like out of cam and am very pleased. It has a strong character still doesn't look "alien" to the real scene.
