So I'm going to pull the trigger and purchase the BMMCC. My question is, has anyone made a single power cord attachment for the BMMCC yet?
If I use it on my Ronin-M and power it from the D-Tap I don't want the additional "dreadlocks" of cables hanging off.
I know I could purchase a separate BMD BMMCC connector and clip the extra wires, but I was hoping for a cleaner look.

    Thanks.

You can get a regulated DTap to Dummy E6battery cable, that replaces the Micro camera battery (this is what I did) and the 14-15VDC from, the DTap is regulated down to 7.5 VDC for the camera. Works great, and is compact. Zacuto and B&H sells, among others, sells the cable.

I got the parts to make up a custom power cable and LANC for the expansion port, but have not made up the cable yet.

I have not seen such (expansion port power cable), and suitable cable length would be also an issue. not too difficult to make, probably you could find someone locally that could make it.

This guy is selling - what look like home-made - D-Tap leads for the expansion port. Not sure if there is something similar in the US?

Thanks guys! I think I'll take a look at the E6 dummy to D-Tap. That looks like the best fit at this time.
