is this issue apparent with a PL to MFT adapter?

MFT can have similar issues. The mounts don’t have a lock.

    PL stands for “Positive Lock”.

I use a rail mount on my MFT/PL adapter to Lock the adapter and camera together, which eliminates the MFT mount play. With the Micro camera, the Wooden Camera PL adapter and WC cage screw together to eliminate this play. If anyone is interested, I have a HotRod Cameras MFT PL adapter with the HR Turner MFT rail mount that will work with the new Pocket 4K. PM me for details.
    Cheers

I also use a MTF to PL adapter for my new pocket 4k. the adapter has a foot for lens support and I use this a small rig lens support to screw into it which attaches to the rails. All play seems to be gone and it seems very solid. However I have not tried it yet on my remote follow focus.

Would this solve the issue with using a wireless FF?

Metabones Canon EF Lens to Micro Four Thirds Camera T CINE Speed Booster ULTRA 0.71x (Fifth Generation)

If I wanted to use these on my Pocket 4k, this adapter states it has a Positive Lock for EF Mount. So if I were to get the SLR with the EF adapter,
then mount them to this Metabones, it should eliminate the issue correct?

Some test frames with the Pops of the SLR magic 32mm .Shot wide open on the Ursa mini pro. Flare test at the end. It flares easily with direct light (sun) coming into the lens. Mattebox or some kind of flagging is needed. I can be used for a desired look though based on the project. It flares easier when shooting wide open.

I'm not sure. I am going to get this though. Its a PL to MTF speedbooster. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...ourthirds.html

Specially made for PL lenses that the rear element does not exceed 15.7mm. ie CP2 and CP3 lenses. Slr magic rear element seems short enough (longest is around 12mm) ...so it should work fine.
